Establishing Customer Connections:
Proactively reach out to potential or existing customers on the contact list in accordance with headquarters' guidelines.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth communication with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
Collect and relay customer needs to the relevant internal departments to better serve the customers.
Business Collaboration and Meeting Organization:
Actively seek partners to facilitate business interactions between the company and other enterprises.
Responsible for arranging meeting schedules, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating attendees to ensure the smooth operation of meetings.
Maintain good communication with partners and address issues and challenges that arise during collaborations.
Business Strategy Support and Brand Image Enhancement:
Assist in formulating business strategies by providing market analysis and competitive intelligence to decision-makers.
Manage the company's self-media platforms, regularly publishing high-quality content to attract and retain followers.
Implement marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Management of the Hong Kong Office:
Responsible for writing and editing various documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy of the content in line with the company's image.
Provide translation services to ensure accurate information transmission, which is particularly crucial for cross-border business.
Manage human resources in the Hong Kong office, including recruitment, training, and employee development; also responsible for the management and maintenance of office premises.
Other Business-Related Tasks:
Actively respond to the requirements of superiors and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Continuously learn about new industry trends to bring new ideas and methods to the company.
Job Requirements:
Eligibility: Hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card or have the right to reside in Hong Kong.
Educational Background: Completed Form 5 (or equivalent) education or above.
Language Proficiency: Possess fluent Mandarin and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Market Insight: Have a keen sense of market perception and the ability to quickly capture industry dynamics; candidates with extensive business experience will be given priority.
Skill Proficiency: Proficient in commonly used office software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
