Position Summary:

  • The Commercial Lead is responsible for formulating and executing the revenue strategy of the power plant’s net sellable generation capacity.
  • The position is expected to maintain a long term view of local and global trends that will impact the competitiveness of the various fuels and technologies and make the necessary dynamic adjustments in service of the organization’s vision and mission.
  • The position is responsible for building, developing, engaging, and motivating a responsible, well-rounded, robust, creative, and dynamic team necessary to execute the current and future revenue strategy.
  • The position has overall accountability in ensuring proper governance of the Sales and Trading team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • At least 5 years experience in Sales and/or Commercial Operations preferably from a power generation or utility industries

  • Must be willing to travel and/or be based in Mariveles, Bataan
