We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities across key business units, with a strong focus on Business partnering and cost management. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in financial systems and data tools, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate reports (P&L, KPIs, cost breakdowns, ESG data, etc.) across various supply chain functions or commercial.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities including journal entries, accruals, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX reporting requirements.
  • Analyze performance trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop, amend, and automate reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and participate in special projects as needed.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and standardization in reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Commercilal, FP&A, and external vendors when required.
  • Contribute to business performance management reviews and identify risks or opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA) is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FMCG , shared services or multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data tools (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
