Requirements
College Graduates without BPO experience are encouraged to apply
HS/SHS Graduates with at least 1 year BPO experience
Basic English communication skills
Well-versed in local language
Amendable working on a shifting schedule (dayshift, midshift, graveyard shift)
Amendable working on site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time support to delivery riders via phone calls, live chat, and email
Assist with order-related inquiries, navigation issues, and delivery challenges
Troubleshoot app or account problems experienced by riders
Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve issues efficiently
Document interactions and escalate complex cases as needed
Ensure a positive support experience that helps riders complete deliveries successfully
