Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and assess repayment status
• Collect outstanding repayments, fees, and charges
• Provide support to clients in financial hardship
• Handle Arrears inbox, emails, and phone calls
• Respond to queries and disputes quickly and accurately
• Assist Customer Service team and back up senior Collections Officers
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Knowledge of credit assessment practices & consumer credit code
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and team player
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office tools
