- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account balances
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat
- Assist with collections while maintaining a professional and courteous tone
- Accurately document interactions and resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months - 2 years of CSR experience (billing or collections )
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
- Willing to work on day or night shifts
