Collections Specialist

Job Description
- Manage and oversee collections process for overdue accounts.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
- Work closely with the accounting department on reconciliations.
- Develop strategies to reduce outstanding debt.
- Provide excellent customer service during collections process.
- Generate reports on collection activities and outcomes.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Contact clients for payment collection, maintain records, and resolve inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, resilient, and trustworthy.
