Collections Specialist (Alabang)

Job Description
- Manage collection of pending and failed payments.
- Visit clients and coordinate collection schedules.
- Prepare collection reports and reconcile payments.
- Build positive client relationships to ensure timely collections.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in collections.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to do occasional fieldwork.
- Location: Alabang
