The Collection Officer is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients.
- Contact clients to remind them of overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Maintain accurate records of collections
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Financial Management or any Business course
- 1-3 years of experience in collection
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can start ASAP
