Description
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Contact clients regarding overdue accounts via phone and email.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve collections processes.
- Prepare reports on collection status and outstanding debts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or related areas.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in credit analysis, collecting debts, conducting credit investigations, and asset management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts receivable, perform fieldwork, and utilize data products for collection strategies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential field visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, persuasive, and highly organized.
