Job Overview: In this role, you’ll support legal processes, assist with debt recovery, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Manage daily queues, calls, webchats, and emails to facilitate debt collection.
• Locate and contact customers to discuss outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and offer settlement options in line with policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account status, and file notes within the system

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a financial account, collections, or sales
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, on an Australian time zone schedule
