We are hiring Machine Operators experienced in bending, shearing, and laser cutting for a metal fabrication shop. If you are skilled in operating CNC and manual machines, can read technical drawings, and are committed to precision and safety, we want you on our team.

• Set up and operate bending, shearing, and laser machines based on job requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Ensure accurate cutting, forming, and shaping of metal components
• Perform quality checks to meet customer and production standards
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Adhere to safety protocols and workplace procedures
• Coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines efficiently

Qualifications

• With experience in metal fabrication and machine operation
• Skilled in using CNC and manual machines
• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, etc.)
• Understands metal materials and fabrication processes
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on labor
• Follows safety standards and has a good work ethic
