• Set up CNC machines according to engineering blueprints. 
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional tolerances. 
• Perform autonomous and preventive maintenance on machines. 
• Modify CNC programs as needed using CAD/CAM software. 
• Interpret and apply G-Code and M-Code for machine operations. 
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and understanding. 
• Work with tight tolerances and precision components. 
• Identify and resolve machining issues promptly. 
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. 
• Operate Sparking EDM machines for tooling and repair projects. 
• Fabricate parts in accordance with dimensional specifications from technical drawings. 
• Program CNC machines using G-Code. 
• Manufacture electrodes using milling and lathe machines. 
• Maintain and update inventory of tools, accessories, and instruments used in EDM operations. 
• Machine jigs and fixtures as required. 
• Ensure safety and proper maintenance of all tool room equipment, especially the Sparking EDM machine. 
• Uphold 5S housekeeping standards and foster teamwork and coordination across departments to support compliance with company policies 

Job Requirements

• Proficient in CNC programming and machine setup based on blueprints. 
• Ability to interpret mechanical and technical drawings. 
• Knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, and P-Code. 
• NC II Certification is an advantage. 
• Experience with plastic connector products is a plus. 
• Skilled in operating surface grinding and milling machines. 
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). 
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and machining principles.
