We are seeking a Cloud Billing Analyst to join our GDS Manila team and drive cost optimization across our cloud infrastructure and SaaS solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient financial management of our cloud resources, particularly AWS services, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize cost savings and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor & Analyze Cloud Costs – Track AWS and other SaaS expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Reporting & Insights – Develop dashboards and reports to communicate cost optimization efforts to stakeholders.
• Optimize Cloud Usage – Develop strategies to improve resource allocation and reduce unnecessary spending.
• Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with finance, operations, and engineering teams to align cloud spending with business goals.
• Financial Forecasting & Budgeting – Create financial models to predict cloud costs and ensure budget adherence.
• Compliance & Governance – Ensure adherence to financial policies and best practices in cloud cost management.

Qualifications:

• Cloud Computing Expertise – Strong understanding of AWS services, pricing models, and cost management tools.
• Financial Acumen – Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Data Analysis & Visualization – Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, or cloud cost management platforms.
• SaaS Cost Management – Familiarity with optimizing SaaS subscriptions and licensing costs.
• Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with finance, operations, and technical teams.
• With certification in AWS Cloud Economics or FinOps Foundation
• Experience with CloudHealth, Cloudability, or AWS Cost Explorer.
• Background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) within a cloud environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and hybrid work set-up.
• Amenable to work in Makati City.
