- Assist the Medical Director in overseeing clinical operations and patient care quality.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and standards of care.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Support medical staff management, including recruitment and training.
- Address patient care issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between medical staff and administrative leadership.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
- Represent the organization in external meetings and professional associations.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license and board certification in relevant specialty.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze clinical data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
