  • Supervise personnel and ensure that tasks are completed in time.
  • Make monthly schedule of personnel.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
  • Change linens and restock supplies as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping team.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, college level acceptable
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or similar roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Flexible hours, may require physical lifting and prolonged standing.
  • Qualities and Traits: Reliable, proactive, and a good team player.
