- Supervise personnel and ensure that tasks are completed in time.
- Make monthly schedule of personnel.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
- Change linens and restock supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues to management.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping team.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, college level acceptable
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Flexible hours, may require physical lifting and prolonged standing.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, proactive, and a good team player.
