Cinema Usher/Porter

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers upon entry to the cinema
• Check tickets and guide patrons to their assigned seats
• Maintain order and enforce cinema rules during screenings
• Assist guests with special needs, including seniors and PWDs
• Ensure cleanliness of theatres, aisles, and common areas
• Help manage crowd flow during entry and exit
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns courteously
• Support emergency and safety procedures as required

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• With good communication and customer service skills
• Presentable, courteous, and service-oriented
• Able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage

Work Schedule:

• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
