Description
- Receive, sort, and file all claim documents
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of claim information
- Maintain organized and updated records of all claim files
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to claims
- Coordinate with other departments to gather and verify necessary documentation
- Perform basic clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, and document routing
- Support the claims team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Graduate of any four-year course
- With prior experience working in an office environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
- Willing to work on-site in Makati
