- Validate all the claims received from the customers.
- Gather the necessary information from people involved in the claims to obtain proof of delivery from the appropriate carrier.
- Communicate with different departments to correct issues that arise and properly clear deductions.
- Issuance of Debit memo to all carriers involved in the claims.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to invalid deductions.
- Maintain files for pending deductions, match claims to create deductions, and follow up on items for resolution.
- Analyze information and data for accounts and suggest methods to minimize deductions.
- Bachelor's and Collage Degree in Business, Accounting, Business/Administration, Finance
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
