• Can create maintenance procedure and has problem solving skills.
• Willing to go on seminars and trainings if needed
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building
• Monitors the functions of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors.
• Administrates preventive / reactive maintenance schedule..
• Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
• Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
• Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.

• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in industry-specific software and technology.
• Working Conditions: Office setting with the possibility of remote work. Occasional travel may be required.
• Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required
• Have a technical experience of at least 5 years (proven record in leading project and managing a team of building / site / construction ) and property management and process
• Have a good communication skills and strict with high compliance quotient and good team player.
• Be willing to work in any locations and adjustable time if needed on rush projects.
