Job Description:

The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial health and strategy. This role manages all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, tax compliance, and risk management. The CFO ensures full compliance with Philippine financial regulations (BIR, SEC, etc.) and supports executive leadership with data-driven financial insights. The role also involves managing treasury functions, optimizing cost efficiency, guiding long-term financial planning, and leading the finance and accounting teams to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• CPA required; Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, corporate finance, and financial reporting standards
• Proven strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
