We're looking for an Assistant Cook (Thai Cuisine) to join the team at Thai Dayo Soi' in Angeles Pampanga. This is a full-time position where you'll work closely with our experienced Head Chef to help prepare and cook delicious Thai dishes for our customers.

• Assisting the Head Chef or team leads in the preparation and cooking of a variety of Thai dishes
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared according to traditional Thai recipes and presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Checking inventory levels and communicating supply needs to the Head Chef
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer queries or requests

What we're looking for

• At least 6 months to 1-year of experience working as an assistant cook or line cook in a Thai restaurant or professional kitchen
• Knowledge of Thai cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
