Description

  • Prepare ingredients, assist in menu planning, maintain kitchen cleanliness.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health regulations.
  • Collaborate on menu planning and seasonal specials.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Provide training and supervision to new staff members.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of culinary experience, internship preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Mise-En-Place, time management, and kitchen safety.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, teamwork required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, strong work ethic, and effective communication skills.
