• Check, count, measure or weighs cargoes to verify contents of shipment bill of lading or Proforma waybill for shipment and trucking delivery receipts
• Ensure the exact quantity, quality, specification of the received items prior loading
• Identify damaged/missing cargoes to provide proper notation
• Ensure the proper labelling of cargoes based on its destination
• Book via air booking of shipment and pull out incoming shipment
• Pier booking and pull out outgoing shipment
• Stuffing and stripping at various shipping lines
• Monitoring of container and cargoes
• Booking and pull out rolling cargo
• Communicate and report with Operation team any discrepancy encountered

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree or Vocational Diploma in any field
• At least 1-2 years experienced employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Knowledge in Logistics and/or Freight Forwarding, a plus
• With good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
