This position is responsible for checking the accuracy of materials prepared by Warehouse Packer VS Packing List; and all items loaded in walk-in customer vehicle

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Check and ensure the accuracy and completeness of goods prepared by Warehouse Stockman

·        Follow-up of goods declared in Packing List to Warehouse Stockman

·        Inform and ensure that Sales Representative to counter sign the documents regarding customers order that lacks in quantity and/or zero (0) stock

·        Inform Warehouse Stockman regarding replacement for zero stock customer’s order, if any

·        Request Purchasing Supervisor to create PO for non-stock JO, if any

·        Create Delivery Receipts for every Job Order checked

·        Label delivery carts with customer’s name, cart number, checkers name, attach Packing list for multiple items in sacks

·        Turn over all supporting documents for every JO checked to Dispatching

·        Must be able to work overtime and be very dependable

·        Performs other duties that may be assign by immediate superior

·        Average interpersonal skills

·        Organized and must be detailed oriented

·        Can Multi-task and perform other support functions

·        Has a keen eye for details

·        At least High School graduate
