bossjob is looking for a Chat Support Representative to handle live chat inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and provide real-time assistance to users. The role involves constant communication through instant messaging on the website and mobile app, ideal for candidates who are responsive, detail-oriented, and confident in written communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To answer user questions quickly and effectively, resolve issues with empathy and care, document pain points to share with internal teams, nurture customer relationships, and improve brand credibility.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and issues through chat, emails and calls
  • Providing timely and accurate information
  • Resolving user complaints and technical problems
  • Escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintaining a polite and professional demeanor
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills
  • Understanding the company's products or services
  • Documenting interactions and following up with customers
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.


What we expect from you:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative/Chat Support Agent in the BPO or similar industry preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours and open to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, technologically savvy and proficient in using Customer Support software.
  • Solutions-oriented and understands the importance of patience and empathy towards clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and document customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
