- Handle new account acquisition and promote services and offerings.
- Assist with order inquiries and ensure smooth order processing.
- Manage billing services, including credit adjustments, disputes, and payments.
- Provide timely resolution for complaints and general customer service inquiries.
- Support account upgrades and downgrades.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and issue resolution.
- Drive revenue by upselling or cross-selling relevant products.
- At least a Senior High school or High school Graduate
- Willing to work on-site
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can educate customers on inquiries and other product information
- Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner
