Position: Spanish Customer Support

Work Schedule: Night shift Schedule (5 working days not fixed weekend)

• Responsible in assisting customers inquiries using Spanish and English Language through email, call, message, and live chat support
• Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
• Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
• Accomplish other related tasks needed
