- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
- Assist customers with product-related issues and guide them through resolutions.

- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer support or related field.

- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
