1. Responsible for product user engagement operations, designing and executing operational plans, user retention, and activation;
2. Develop strategies for user segmentation, task incentives, and feature guidance based on data analysis;
3. Plan operational activities to enhance core metrics such as activity, conversion, and retention.

1. More than three years of experience in internet product operations, with preference given to candidates with experience in user engagement and retention projects;
2. Familiarity with user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and data tracking tools;
3. Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, along with project management capabilities;
4. Results-oriented, adaptable thinking, with strong self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.
