Institutional Product Manager (I): Custody/Lending Product Focus

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching market trends and patterns in lending & off-exchange based on institutional client needs, analyzing user behavior and lending demands;
• Coordinate with external partners and institutions to track overall project progress, ensuring successful project delivery;
• Collaborate with business, operations, risk control, and other relevant teams to design core functionalities for lending and fund management, produce PRD documents, and manage the product's full lifecycle;
• Monitor key product metrics, iterate on product logic, reduce platform risks, and enhance customer experience;

Job Requirements:

• Over 3 years of product work experience, with more than 1 year of experience in custody/lending products;
• Familiarity with the crypto industry and its ecosystem;
• Excellent cross-team communication skills.
• Institutional Product Manager (II): Institutional Services Focus

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and research competitive institutional product information in the market, continuously upgrading institutional product features and customer experience.
• Work closely with business, internal product, and technical support teams to assist in designing backend management product features that meet institutional client needs;
• Plan, organize, and produce content for client API and guide documents, ensuring consistency and professionalism in content directed at institutional clients;

Job Requirements:

• Good writing skills; must have graduated from a university ranked 211 or above or in the top 200 of QS;
• Experience related to exchanges is preferred;
• Ability to quickly understand new market dynamics and product features.

Full-time position, working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM Beijing time, alternating weeks, statutory holidays, salary to be discussed separately upon passing the interview.
