Dreadmor is building a long-term Web3 gaming ecosystem, not a short-lived hype cycle.

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer capable of turning a strong product foundation into a scalable, sustainable, and respected on-chain gaming company.

This role is not for first-time founders, “idea guys,” or short-term speculators.

It is for an operator who understands crypto-native economics, product-market fit in Web3, and how to lead teams through volatile cycles.

What You Will Own

As CEO, you will have full executive responsibility over Dreadmor’s growth, structure, and external positioning.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategic vision across product, token economy, partnerships, and community.
• Own P&L, capital strategy, and runway planning in a crypto-native context.
• Oversee tokenomics integrity, emissions, incentives, and alignment between players, investors, and team.
• Lead fundraising, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem integrations (gaming platforms, launchpads, guilds, infra providers).
• Represent Dreadmor publicly with credibility — to investors, partners, exchanges, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Build, scale, and retain a high-performance, globally distributed team.
• Navigate regulatory, reputational, and market risks without compromising decentralization principles or player trust.

Who We’re Looking For

This role requires proven execution, not theoretical knowledge.

Required Background

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in Web3, GameFi, DeFi, or crypto-native startups.
• Demonstrated track record in at least one of the following:
• Scaling a Web3 product post-launch
• Leading a tokenized ecosystem through multiple market cycles
• Raising capital from crypto-native funds or strategic investors
• Deep understanding of token economics, incentive design, liquidity mechanics, and market psychology.
• Experience working directly with developers, designers, community leads, and growth teams.
• Strong network across crypto funds, CEX/DEX partners, gaming guilds, and ecosystem leaders.

• Not suitable for someone learning Web3 for the first time.
• You will be accountable — to the product, the community, and the ecosystem.
