We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) across multiple accounts. The ideal candidates must have strong communication skills and relevant experience based on the role requirements. Successful applicants will handle customer interactions, provide excellent service, and ensure issue resolution efficiently.

  • Preferably a graduate of a 4-year course
  • Open to HS graduates with excellent communication skills
  • At least 1 year of billing and collections experience

Originations - CSR

Onboarding Date: April 28, 2025


  • Graduate of a 4-year course
  • 1-2 years of experience handling a US account
  • Training: 6 weeks in JDN (Dayshift)

Location: JDN


CSS - CSR

Onboarding Date: May 5, 2025


  • Cum Laude candidates preferred
  • Minimum College Level + 2 years of BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills

Collections - CSR

Onboarding Date: May 23, 2025
