Job Description
- Process transactions, assist customers, maintain cash register accuracy, and manage inventory.
- Greet customers and assist them at checkout.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Balance cash register at the end of shifts.
- Follow store policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred in retail or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English proficiency, excellent communication skills, customer management proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential for evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, and able to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
