Description
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a retail or cash handling environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office applications; familiar with POS systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle daily transactions, assist customers, and maintain cash register accuracy.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
