Job Description
- Scan items, calculate totals, collect payments, issue receipts, and handle cash drawers accurately
- Greet customers, answer product questions, offer recommendations, process returns/exchanges, and resolve complaints
- Operate scanners, scales, cash registers and other electronics efficiently
- Keep the area clean, organized and stocked
- Assist in restocking shelves, arranging displays, and promoting loyalty programs or special offers
