We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage front-of-house transactions, assist guests, and support smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and experienced in handling cash and POS systems.

Qualifications

• College graduate
• With at least 6 months of cashiering or front-of-house experience (restaurant experience is a plus)
• Knowledgeable in POS operation and basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills (Filipino & English)
• Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and during peak hours
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with billing inquiries
• Process cash, GCash, credit card, and other digital payments accurately
• Operate the POS system and issue receipts
• Manage cash drawer: balancing, reconciling and reporting discrepancies
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness of the cashier and service counter area
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Assist with basic administrative or front-desk tasks as needed
