Description

  • Leads cashier operations by handling all customer transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring the accuracy of each transaction.
  • Manages job order writing by accurately recording customer alteration requests and ensuring that all necessary details, such as measurements, instructions, and deadlines, are included.
  • Leads BIR Columnar recording by keeping detailed and accurate financial records in accordance with BIR requirements. This includes logging daily sales and transactions in the BIR Columnar Book and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Receives customer complaints by acting as the first point of contact for customer service issues.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Edu not required, but a high school diploma is preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in handling cash registers, excellent numerical skills, and strong customer service abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, friendly, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
