Location:

Bukit Raja, Klang


Working Time:

Monday to Friday, 9am till 6pm

Saturday, 9am till 1pm


Job Scope:

1. Handle all customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and checks, ensuring accurate financial transactions.

2. Issue receipts, refunds, and credits as needed, and reconcile cash drawers.

3. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns, and assisting customers with billing inquiries and payment-related issues.

5. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution.

6. Report any discrepancies or suspicious activities to management.

8. Support service advisors and admin staff with clerical tasks during peak hours.

9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

10. Count stock weekly and update admin department.


Requirements:

1. At least SPM or equivalent.

2. A diploma or Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is an advantage.

3. Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail is preferred.

4. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.

6. Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

7. Proficiency in basic mathematics and accurate handling of financial transactions.

8. Competence in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service and cashiering functions.

9. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

10. Strong work ethic and professionalism.

11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

12. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
