- Process transactions, assist customers, and maintain an organized cash register.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Explain promotional offers and store policies to customers.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, evening and weekend shifts may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and reliability.
