Description
- Provide excellent customer service and support during transactions.
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and teamwork capabilities are essential. Public speaking, sales management, and customer management skills are advantageous.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle cash transactions, assist customers, resolve issues, and promote products.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Qualities and Traits: A problem solver with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
