- Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently handle customer purchases, including scanning items, processing payments (cash, credit, debit, mobile), and issuing receipts.
- Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain Register Accuracy: Balance cash drawer, reconcile discrepancies, and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Requirements
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other point-of-sale (POS) equipment.
- Reliability, integrity, and a customer-focused attitude.
