Carpentry Work: Install door locks for deadbolt and mortise.
Power Tools: Skilled in using power tools for various maintenance activities.
Tool Management:
Ensure proper safekeeping and storage of maintenance tools.
Regularly inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
Clean and return tools to their designated storage areas after use.
At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or equivalent
Secondary school graduates or those with TESDA/vocational certifications are welcome to apply.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a carpenter.
Experience in carpentry and welding is a plus.
Demonstrates a good employment record.
