Description
- Provide compassionate care and companionship to individuals in need.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client’s condition.
Requirements
- Education: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in elderly and child care, compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: May involve working in a home or care facility, flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, reliable, responsible, and adaptable.
