What You’ll Do:

• Take customer orders
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot coffee beverage recipes
• Serve customer orders in a polite and efficient manner
• Efficiently and accurately handle cash and credit card payments
• Operate espresso and brewing equipment
• Properly handle, maintain, and clean all cafe equipment
• Maintain a clean dining area, sanitize tables and chairs, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the cafe
• Organize pantry and stock.
• Conduct daily inventory count
• Observe relevant health and safety standards
• Complete tasks on the shift checklist for the appropriate shift assigned.

Qualifications

• 18 years old and above
• Willing to work full time
• At least Senior High School Graduate or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service and as a barista
• Residing near or willing to be assigned in any of our branches in Metro Manila
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a café or food & beverage service is a plus!
