As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, returns, upgrades, and technical support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our products and services. The role may be onsite or remote, depending on the assigned account.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
