- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service abilities, effective problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, familiarity with call center operations
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and adaptable
