The Telco Representative handles customer inquiries related to mobile, internet, or cable services, providing accurate information and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries via phone or chat

- Resolve billing, technical, or service-related concerns

- Provide accurate information about products and services

- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- Senior High School Graduate

- College Graduate or Undergraduate

- No work experience required

- No BPO experience required

- With good communication skills
