Description
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document call details in the system for tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:Entry-level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent English language proficiency.
