Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Senior High School Graduate with 1–2 years BPO experience
- College Level (at least 2nd year) with minimum 6 months CSR experience
- College Graduate – with or without BPO experience
